Ever wondered what blacksmiths and whisky makers have in common?
Both are driven by a passion for transformation, working with raw materials to create something truly special.
Two local makers have embraced this shared legacy, combining the fiery art of blacksmithing, alongside the smooth flavours of locally crafted whisky for ‘A Taste of Fire & Spirit’ this May 5 in Somersby.
Step back in time and experience the traditional craft of blacksmithing. Watch as our blacksmith uses age-old techniques to shape fiery metal. Get a glimpse into the skills and artistry that have shaped civilizations.
Then experience a guided whisky sampling of gold medal award-winning Amber Lane Whisky, led by Rod Berry.
